LEGAL NETWORK

A Network Built Around Legal Expertise.

LEXNOVA develops relationships with legal professionals and law firms across relevant practice areas and jurisdictions.

We only publish profiles for legal professionals who have joined the network and been verified and authorized for publication. Every listed field reflects real, confirmed information — we never invent a professional, their credentials, or their experience.

What a verified profile includes

Name
Position
Firm
Practice Areas
Jurisdictions
Languages
Location
Experience
Professional Profile

Rather than a public directory you browse and self-select from, LEXNOVA Legal Connect reviews your specific request against this same set of criteria and surfaces potentially suitable matches for human review — see how the matching process works.

Who can apply to join

The network is open to legal professionals and law firms serving clients across relevant practice areas and jurisdictions. Applications are made in a firm’s name with a named contact person, and the firm-size options run from a solo practitioner through teams of 2–10 and 11–50 lawyers to firms of 50+ lawyers — so an independent practitioner and a large firm apply the same way, through the network application form.

Six details are required: firm name, contact person, email, phone, location and the practice areas you cover. Everything else is optional — website, jurisdictions (the form suggests onshore UAE, DIFC and ADGM as examples), languages, years of experience, firm size, the kinds of matters or clients you focus on, a professional profile given as a link or a short summary (LinkedIn, a bar association profile or a firm bio), and any additional information. The optional fields are still worth completing, because several of them are the very criteria a client’s request is later reviewed against.

How applications are reviewed

Every application is reviewed before any profile is published, and sending the form does not guarantee a place in the network. Once an application arrives, the LEXNOVA team reviews it and contacts the applicant about next steps.

A profile is published only for a professional who has joined the network and been verified and authorised for publication. It follows the fixed format shown above — name, position, firm, practice areas, jurisdictions, languages, location, experience and professional profile — and each field has to reflect real, confirmed information. LEXNOVA does not invent professionals, credentials or experience.

How a request is matched

Clients do not need to know which type of lawyer they need. They describe the legal help they are looking for in a short guided form that covers the general nature of the matter, not confidential details. LEXNOVA then identifies network professionals whose profiles may be relevant, with LEXNOVA Match™ — the internal framework used to review requests — informing that review. Someone unsure where to begin can browse the practice areas, look up legal help for common UAE situations, or open a city page such as find a lawyer in Dubai or find a lawyer in Abu Dhabi.

The factors the framework considers include practice area, jurisdiction, location, relevant professional experience, language, availability, urgency, and whether the client is an individual or a business. Most of them correspond directly to fields a verified profile records, which is why an accurate application matters: a request is reviewed against that same set of criteria.

The framework only produces potential matches; it never chooses the professional. Every potential match is reviewed by a person, human oversight applies at every stage, and the aim of that review is a professional who fits what the client described rather than a keyword match. How Legal Connect works sets out each step from the client’s side.

From match to introduction

Where it is appropriate, LEXNOVA helps facilitate a connection between the client and a potentially suitable professional. The conversation that follows is direct: the professional discusses the matter, gives any advice, explains their fees and decides whether they can assist.

LEXNOVA is a lawyer-matching service, not a law firm. It does not give the legal advice itself; the independent professional is responsible for the advice and representation the client receives. An introduction carries no guarantee, endorsement or assurance of outcome, and anyone thinking of engaging a professional should still independently confirm that person’s qualifications, authorisation, fees, scope of engagement and suitability.

For professionals, joining means being considered for future client introductions, not a promise of them. Whether an introduction happens depends on how well a particular request fits your profile and on the human review of each potential match.

FAQ — THE LEXNOVA LEGAL NETWORK

Legal professionals and law firms serving clients across relevant practice areas and jurisdictions. The application form’s firm-size options range from a solo practitioner to firms of 50+ lawyers, so an individual practitioner and a larger firm use the same form. Firm name, contact person, email, phone, location and practice areas are required.

No. Every application is reviewed before any profile is published, and submitting the form does not guarantee inclusion in the network. The LEXNOVA team reviews each application and contacts the applicant about next steps. A profile goes live only once the professional has been verified and authorised for publication.

Nine fields: name, position, firm, practice areas, jurisdictions, languages, location, experience and a professional profile. Each one must reflect real, confirmed information.

No. Clients do not scroll through the network and pick a name. You describe what you need through the Legal Connect request form, your request is reviewed against the criteria the profiles record, and every potential match is checked by a person before an introduction is made.

No. LEXNOVA Match™ is a framework that informs a human review, not an automated decision. It only generates potential matches for review, a person reviews every one of them before any introduction is made, and human oversight applies at every stage of the process.

No. Joining means being considered for future client introductions. Whether one happens depends on how closely a specific request fits your practice areas, jurisdictions, location, experience and languages, and on the human review of each potential match. Even after an introduction, you decide whether you can assist the client.

No. An introduction does not mean LEXNOVA endorses the professional, and it promises nothing about how your matter will turn out. It starts a direct conversation in which the independent professional gives any advice and explains their fees. Before engaging anyone, check independently that they are qualified and authorised, and that their fees and scope of engagement suit you.

LEXNOVA is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation, or legal services. Any legal advice or representation is provided directly by the independent legal professional engaged by the client.

A connection or introduction does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or assurance of outcome. Users should independently confirm the professional's qualifications, authorization, fees, scope of engagement, and suitability.
